I’ll be honest — starting Digital Wealth Academy wasn’t some fearless, overnight decision.

It was something I wrestled with quietly… for months.
Before I ever made the investment, I remember watching Cierra — who is now my mentor — on YouTube and across social media consistently. I didn’t just see one video and jump in. I observed her. I listened. I took mental notes. I watched how she explained digital marketing in a way that actually made sense.
Still, even after months of watching, I hesitated.
I had doubts.
I questioned myself.
And I wondered if this was really something I should spend money on.
At that time, I was working, creating content, trying to stay consistent, and still feeling like I was running in circles. I knew I wanted more flexibility. More freedom. More control over my income — but investing in myself again felt risky.
Eventually, I made the decision to move forward.
And here’s the part people don’t always talk about…
Almost immediately after purchasing, I felt regret.
That pit-in-your-stomach feeling showed up fast. The thoughts started rolling in:
What did I just do? Was this a mistake? Why did I spend this money?
I remember going straight to Instagram and messaging Cierra, asking for a refund.
That’s when reality hit me.
With digital products, refunds aren’t possible — once you purchase, there’s no returning a digital product. At the time, that honestly made my anxiety worse. I felt stuck with my decision and uncomfortable sitting in it. Then on top of that, I hadn’t spoken to my husband about this decision.

But looking back now?
Looking back, I can see how much fear tried to talk me out of obedience.
I wanted certainty before commitment. I wanted peace before the step. But faith doesn’t usually work like that.
There’s a verse that now sits heavy with me in the best way:
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7
At the time, nothing about that purchase felt peaceful. It felt risky. Uncomfortable. Exposing.
But sometimes the very thing that feels shaky is the thing God uses to stretch you.
What I thought was regret was actually resistance — resistance to growth, to change, and to trusting that I was capable of more than I could currently see.
I’m grateful I didn’t walk away when it felt hard.
And I’m so thankful that refund wasn’t an option.
Because what I thought was a mistake turned out to be one of the best investments I’ve made in myself.
Instead of backing out, I leaned in. I started watching the trainings. I slowed down. I stopped trying to consume everything at once and focused on understanding the foundations of digital marketing, faceless content, branding, and systems.
The biggest shift didn’t happen in my bank account first — it happened in my mindset.
I stopped seeing myself as someone trying to figure it out and started seeing myself as a business owner in the making. I learned how to build something sustainable, even while working and managing real life.
Starting scared didn’t disqualify me.
Feeling regret didn’t mean I was wrong.
And asking questions didn’t mean I wasn’t capable.
It meant I was human.
If you’re reading this and you’ve been watching, waiting, second-guessing, or even sitting with that same pit in your stomach — I want you to know something:
Sometimes obedience doesn’t feel exciting.
Sometimes investment feels uncomfortable.
And sometimes the thing you want to undo becomes the thing that changes everything.
I’m incredibly glad I invested — not just in Digital Wealth Academy, but in myself.
